TESTIMONIALS
- Words of Wisdom from Past and Present Clients
I was so overwhelmed
with my situation & had no idea where to start. Having a coach was
the best thing I could have ever done. I was so used to procrastinating
when it came to paying bills, keeping organized, changing my spending
habits, and life in general. Kim showed me how to incorporate techniques
and strategies for achieving goals I thought I never could. This includes
defining my career goals, finding a very rewarding job, taking a money
management class, paying bills on time, organizing my time more productively,
getting more involved in securing my financial future, & setting future
goals. She has been a lifesaver to me & I would recommend her to anyone.
I now have more focus in my life & can enjoy my time rather than worry
about all of the things I have set aside that are waiting for me to
do. I also enjoy reporting back to Kim on all of the progress I have
made between our appointments - this is very motivational to me.

Kim
is my secret weapon. I was ready to change my life, but how? It was
invaluable to have a guide to help me sort out priorities, and stay
on track. Six months later, I have more choices and possibilities
than I anticipated. The decisions I made have been rock solid. Kim
has helped me design a life that supports me.

Kim Collins
has been a valuable coach to my family and my business. Her questions
are respectful, gentle, but penetrating as she diagnoses the situation
and identifies specific organizational needs. Her recommendations
are very practical, often accompanied by references to additional
useful information or resources. Her pattern of follow-up is similarly
gentle but timely and effective. She helps us remember our commitments
and encourages us to make the changes that can make our work more
effective and our home life better organized and less stressful.

I
was skeptical about the idea of coaching- especially about finding
a "coach" on the Internet. I also kept telling myself that I should
be my own coach- why should I hire someone to tell me how to do my
job? After deciding to give coaching a try, I realized that she wasn't
telling me how to do my job, but rather helping me to look at how
I approach my job and evaluate what I think I could do better. More
than anything, she has helped me to identify the negative, unproductive
thought patterns and habits that were holding me back at work. She's
taught me so many ways to stay positive and break out of my old routines
,or a lack thereof. She is now the calm, positive, voice of reason
I hear when I get overwhelmed at work. I can't say enough good things
about her ability to listen, understand, and strategize with me on
what ways I can help myself. I would recommend Kim to anyone who feels
overwhelmed in their job - or personal life. She has helped me to
make tremendous changes in mine.

When I was first
diagnosed with ADHD I didn't want to believe it; and when my therapist
suggested that I start working with a coach I said, "You mean
a babysitter?" But, after realizing that I needed help, I began
working with Coach Kim. Kim has helped me learn to prioritize and
develop coping strategies on my own. I feel that she has a clear understanding
of what's like to be "me" and while everyone else is telling
me to simply "try harder", she is praising me for what I
have accomplished and encouraging me to take the next step. My words
of wisdom to future clients are these - "Coach Kim can only help
you if you tell her what you need. You will have to work hard to make
changes but, Kim will be there to support you and cheer you on!"

I am a 47 year
old man that was close to losing my job due to ADD. Due to assistance
by Coach Kim, I am better able to prioritize my tasks. Before our
work, I felt panicky when I wasn't doing something. I would start
and stop a variety of activities with very little follow through.
My boss said that I needed to "just get it done." I now
give myself permission to plan my day-to think about and prioritize
activities at home and at work. Through Kim's gentle guidance, I complete
tasks on-time and follow my daily list. My stress level is lower and
I am more energized
